Context

Nearbuy is a leading Indian local online platform present in 35+ cities and 18+ categories with over 50,000 merchants across 100,000+ unique locations. The challenge was to increase regular engagement with employees across locations, currently requiring lots of manual work and even then leaving signficant gaps in understanding of employee sentiment and cultural issues.

The Project

Nearbuy rolled out the chatbot to their entire workforce. This effectively outsourced their cultural audit. This was used to build dashboards giving indications to senior management on where intervention was requried. Tracking trends was a key upside.

Results

Nearbuy automated their entire employee intervention process - 87% people interacted with Amber 2-6 times a year - Proactively surfaced 73 employees who needed attention - Achieved a 4.1/5 average mood score across the company This apparently increased the CEO''s productivity
