"CW+, the charity for Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, has announced a new partnership with Drayson Technologies to launch the first pilot of wireless environmental sensors in the intensive care units at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital. The announcement was made on Wednesday [29th September 2017] on the Digital NHS stage at the Healthcare Efficiency through Technology show at Olympia London, where CW+ presented seven of their digital health innovative projects currently being implemented at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. This latest project, coordinated by Dr. Lawrence Petalidis, Head of Innovation and Impact at CW+, in partnership with Drayson Technologies, will pilot Drayson’s wireless, temperature and carbon monoxide sensors in both the adult and neonatal intensive care units. These sensors will allow for near real-time monitoring of room temperature and carbon monoxide concentrations, a metric of air quality."
